Delete your Yanivo account

Yanivo, by Yanivo ([email protected]). You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Yanivo and tap Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted from our servers right away and the app starts again with a new, empty guest account.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Yanivo account” and your Player ID (shown at the bottom of Profile) or your player name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account id, player name and avatar.
• Coins, gems, owned items, stats, season progress and purchase records on our servers.
• Your seat in saved private tables.
• Your customer record at our payment partner RevenueCat.

What is kept

• Nothing on our servers. Google Play / the App Store keep their own purchase receipts as the law requires.
• A VIP subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Coins and items are not refunded: they have no cash value.
